Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made only within the country (Germany).

Shipping costs (including VAT)

We calculate the shipping costs according to the shipping weight:

Letter: 3,00 €
DHL parcel: 4,95 €

From an order value of 50,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Provision of digital content (Tickets):

There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 0 hours of the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Digital content will be made available to you in your customer account.
The content will be made available within 0 hours of the conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if prepayment has been agreed).
You will also be informed about the provision by e-mail.
Tickets are excluded from revocation (See our AGB)

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) will be made within 3-4 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
